Hi, I’m Egan, and I’ve Been Where You Are.

I’m a trauma-informed health coach, firefighter/paramedic, and someone who’s lived through the same struggles you’re facing. After years of autoimmune flare-ups, pain, and frustration, I took my health into my own hands—healing through sustainable, root-cause-focused lifestyle changes.

Now, I help others do the same, with compassion, strategy, and real-life support.
